i personally think the iphone is a little weird to use as a phone, but i love the way it connects to the web and runs safari.
i could see myself being suckered into the new itouch just to be able to check my email without lugging around a laptop.
On the other hand, the last thing i want these days is another device and a charging cable to look after.
Also, 8GB and 16GB blows balls. I am pretty pissed at apple for that. They know it sucks, and they know people will pay more in another 2 months when they release the 60GB model.
