yeah man, the 'good deals' on these cameras almost always result in something going wrong. i have read pretty in-depth about a lot of these so called legitimate camera dealerships...everything i have read about the 'fantastic deal' offered is always connected to one of three things:
1. you also 'should' buy this great package deal for only $XXX more. if you don't want it, the camera is suddenly 'out of stock'
2. you buy the camera and they end up charging you a ridiculous amount to ship it and to make sure you actually get the product.
3. you buy a one-off (ie. chinese manufactured model with no warranty/cables/manuals, or a refurb. model that is 'fuly functional' but has scratches all over it).just be careful and buy from a reputable dealer. that is too much money to be spending on some half-assed pile of shit that you are going to be worried about breaking within 3 days.
