    Who the fuck can trumpet an optical disc that holds less data than another? Really if HD DVD won the whole shooting match, in 8 years what would we get, Blu-Ray dual layer? Why should anyone shoot so low? Seems kinda senseless to salute the cheap optical disc that holds less data than the other cheap optical disc that holds more data. It's all capacity, they both play the same formats.

    • HD-DVDs hold less, but are easier to make, allow hybrid discs with SD sides and are more durable as the data layer is better protected. It also has more interactive features. I would have bet on them until the WB news.ETM
