I work from home, and am usually at by desk before 8, and work through til 7. You do find yourself not always 100% commited, and browsing sites etc... but you do the same chatting in an office... it just seems more obvious at home. I always write a list of what I've achieved for the day just for my own sake, otherwise its easy to think you haven't done anything as you're not always getting feedback from people everyday.
