eh, I dont think its a rip off.. I mean, the story isn't exactly original (there is a psp commercial too, which was probably made after your film).
Each is shot in their own style. And if you think that the similarity of someone finding the location of where a person took a picture is new, there have been many movies that have done that.
Funny yours reminded me of blade runner for some reason.
