  I'm taking a look through the AIGA site now and I can't seem to find anything regarding smaller contracting like this.

  I think I can easily write up a letter of agreement for us to use but I don't know the legal language to throw in there.

  • Then just write it in English. Legal obfuscation is in no one's interests except the lawyers'.detritus
  • Thats what someone else recommend as well. Apprentely even if things go to court a judge will rule in the favour of the contract even if its not legal speakscrap_paper
