OK. my girlfriend says her recipe is better, so here goes:

    1. White fish fillets (any kind)
    2. Cilantro leaves
    3. 3 Red Peppers
    4. 10 Garlic Cloves
    5. Green Fresh Chilli Pepper
    6. Salt (according to your taste)
    7. Black Pepper (according to your taste)
    8. Oriental Cumin (Large Spoon)
    9. Turmaric (Half a tea spoon)
    10. Sweet Pepper (two large spoons)
    11. 1/2 a cup of Oil (or Olive Oil if you wish)
    12. 2 cups of water
    13. A touch of Arak
    http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Ara…)

In a flat pot make layers:

    1. Half a package of Cilatro leaves
    2. Half of the sliced red peppers
    3. Half of garlic cloves
    4. Cut the fish into large pieces (10 by 10 cm app)
    5. Repeat layers 1 to 3 over the fish
    6. Add spices
    7. Add oil and water
    8. Add arak!

Cover and boil and then take off the cover for 5 minutes and then put back cover, lower the temperature and leave to simmer for another 20 minutes to half an hour.
In the last 5 minutes add half a squeezed lemon juice.

If you can get challa (http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Ch... that's the best way to eat it, otherwise you need bread that can soak the juices for full satisfaction.

    For you Spooky!
