    I think the "bizarre" aspect (how you put it) works well for the logo as it is being pushed at a youth market (not tweens or whatever) – it needs to be fresh and the client wanted a strong mark to stand out from their competitors.. bold not elegant was part of the brief. The company will be selling a lot of gluten free and heath food products online, there will also be re-works of the logo like "AYH yoga" etc... the 4 colour version was a change requested by the client. Initial concepts were 1 and 2 colour, personally I prefer those versions for various reaons (most of which have been brought up in this thread) confirming my concerns.. may have to go back and have an informative chat with the client
