i could be, and usually am, wrong, but i don't think maynard's problem with religion is so much a statement against believing in something so much as it's a genuine dislike of people that do hurtful and ugly things in "god's" name, and following something because it's status quo and not questioning.
i however, have it on excellent authority that he is in fact anti-supnado which makes me sad. he cannot be my friend.
