    I'm ashamed... I ran only 4k in 2weeks.
    I have experienced a exhausting work period, and then I spent my free time with my GF before her move to singapor ( for 6months).
    I plan to get in shapes before she comes back in february.
    So I should run more now, if I stay srtong on motivation.
