    i just relapsed too...

    i had stopped for three years. cold turkey and everything went well (except for the PMS for the 1st week).

    then started all over again. i've down to one pack a week now. trying to moderate myself with nicorette gum. but its fucking disgusting. took the "flavoured" and "light" gum packs. but they make me want to puke and crave the taste of a cigarette instead. at least it covers my nicotine crave...

    anyway. good luck. i know its not easy.
