Look, this stuff has to be spontaneous. Like for example my wife told me this story that she had a cocaine induced heart attack victim get rolled into ER that she had to respond to...she's barking out orders and one of the interns suggested something and she basically said that the suggestion didn't make sense. Just at that point the patient, who was unconscious sits bolt upright, wild eyed, and yells out "This makes no kinds of sense!" and then fell back down. The entire crash team cracked up and now "This makes no kinds of sense!" is the in phrase around the hospital. See. Spontaneous.
