If by 'trend' you mean will more people will use it then, of course - the market range for this kind of thing precludes it becoming quite as faddish as we might expect from the kind of graphic mechanics so common on the internet.
I fucking love that Lanjaron detail, I tried to find some when I was in Spain a couple of months ago, to no avail. So simple and clever.
