  sub-contracting for agencies that hang that 'carrot' out in front of you by telling you that you'll be art directing this and that and that and this... months later you're still grunting away on things that nobody else wants to do... and when you do get a chance to put some concepts together - they request the source psd's... only to completely revamp what they just said was 'ace'... makes no sense... but i get paidz...
