small shop. Situations like this suck... I know many other people have lost their jobs, but getting a pay cut is like de-valuing your work/worth. Personally, I just see this as the first load of water that this sinking ship is taking on; most likely a short matter of time before it's submerged. Thank god I've been freelancing like a mad man for the last month.
- Sucks mate - rather that than lose your job though. Ride it out till things get better. Sorry.jevad
