  I dunno about 'must-see', but the vampire show True Blood got my attention... drugs, sex, violence, the undead, decent cast, it's enough to keep me entertained.

  Dexter Season III hasn't let me down
  For laughs I've watched a couple of seasons of Scrubs recently
  Mighty Boosh
  Merlin (goofy, but the gf likes it)
  Reaper (again, me and the gf like it)
