i quit my job at a national t shirt chain as lead designer at the end of the summer and i'm still looking for work
it was an awful job, with next to no pay, no benefits, very little creativity, and a art director with the backbone of a squid, so i felt pretty justified in leaving
but finding work is no easy picnic
i have next to nothing to show for the work, portfolio wise
the biggest thing was their 2009 catalogue, and even then it was a pile of shit by the time the company owner (and the sales people, and the accountants, huh?) got their grubby hands all over ito well, life goes on
