Yep. I also noticed differences when switching to nike+ ready shoes. But then I tend to run on a treadmill. Btw. Nice buy Meeklo. Good looking and great price. Wish I had shops around with those prices or outlet malls. :o(

I have been trying to run lately. I am on vacation, but have tried to run like 1-3 km every now and then. I found a running track and gave it a try. My shins are killing me. Obviously the change in surface makes it tougher on the legs, but this much? damn! Can't even walk. The track has that red dirt and have felt it is hard to lift my legs as I run. Guess some new muscles are just starting to get some action. The kind of action they don't get at a treadmill.
