Colours will never look exactly the same on two displays even of the same model. For example even the age of a screen will affect the output of colour because over time, the backlight will loose intensity. The best way of getting more "accurate" colour is using a hardware calibrator on all the screens you wish to use but as most people don't even do this (or even care) just don't worry about it too much :)
