On one hand, I feel like the whole thing may be a gag.
On the other, the dude is clearly very intense about what he does, and gets pissed when the dp is screwing up his scene. The dp is also probably very serious about his tradecraft, but is stepping on the actor's task. Who knows, maybe its a hard scene.
In retrospect, and Bale probably already knows this, he probably should have pulled the producer aside and told him quietly that he's about to lose his shit. Then again, maybe he already tried that. Maybe it's out of context to a degree.- I don't know if you're being serious or not, but this is what I was trying to say.Jaline
