    I'm finding that your brush tip gets offset a lot. What is actually happening on screen in relation to the brush tip is misaligned. For Clone tool, healing brush and any paint brushes. I often have to restart PS to solve the problem. If I have 2 images open, and it's working fine on one, when I toggle to the other it starts to happen.
    It's very frustrating. Crop and Marquee tool also don't align either.
