Compared to Amsterdam, I really like it. Contrary to popular believe, it's hard to find many places open until 6/7 am here and definitely harder to find any that stay open until 2:30 Sunday afternoon.. Everything here is very 'mainstream' and Berlin has an edge to it, you can feel a sort of energy and it has a very large 'underground' scene.. but when the party's over, I'm always happy to come back to Amsterdam.. I don't want that much temptation around me all the time...
