no offense to any of you schmucks who've been taken for a ride, but i've always considered them more of a bandwagon hosting service than anything else.
sure, they probably deliver a quality service for bigger accounts - like the one you all use here each day, especially considering how much indirect revenue this site churns out for them by just placing their logo below.
i would highly recommend doing some research to see what's out there, because i've never heard of a reputable web host causing so much headache and controversy over such a simple service.
