the more Iook at it the more I think it may be custom and based on Clearface. The M, A, and ampersand are so unmistakenly Clearface. It looks like they may have redrawn the tail on the R and simplified the serifs and brackets on the E and C. I dont think its based on Bodoni because of the bracketing. Maybe the printing process is exagerating how thin the thin strokes are giving it the appearance of a didone.
