    If it's designed and ready-to-build... it'd be useful to see the design - can't bid how long something would take / would cost to build / test w/out seeing it first...

    ... but if you want a true CMS that works with Flash... I figure min. $5k U.S. (that's low too... if you knock someone down further in price simply by 'whining' you don't have more money... screw you).
