I don't do any work whatsoever, unless it's pro bono, for less than my day rate. It keeps the stupid little piddly jobs off my desk. It also makes clients think twice about what they really need. If they balk at the cost, then they aren't the sort of people I'd want to work with anyway.
I say that now. Ask me in 6 months if I still don't have a job. ;)
- speakng of which... i've upped my cost to my day rate * the number of days I have spent on it. you now owe me $3000.skt
