first, i've tried 99designs and the submissions we got were so shitty, it was more worth it for me to just do the damn work myself.... no way I'd pay for such shit work.
On that note...
Guys don't hate. The people posting work on these sites are in business to make money.
Design is an expense.
Just like hosting, their domain name, advertising etc.
And how many businesses do you see today just throwing money around? ESPECIALLY to designers?
