and the whole concept of a rouge agent with gadgets? i think gadgets are a dated movie gimmick that should be avoided completely. same goes for batman or any other fictional character out there who uses them.
i think craig plays the best bond because of his take on the characters' insensitivity, chauvinism, and seeming disregard for human life. it provides an interesting character study along side the brilliant action scenes. it's nice to have a hero who isn't inherently 'good'.
