    If this is the area that have been hurting I highly suggest you don't underestimate the problem.

    I had tendinitis on my Achilles Tendon, and it took me out of the game for more then 7 months! And all because I thought I was just running too much. Most important thing you have to do is stretch, stretch, and more stretch. Also ice it every time you are done. Take an ice cube and ice the area for about 10 minutes (use more then one ice cube ;-) )

    Here's some exercise I do.



    • The last exercise you need to alternate heels, one down, the other up, and so on.mattiaBK
