I once met a very rich man who was wearing a really nice jacket, I asked him where he got it from and he laughed saying I would never be able to buy one. I persisted and he told me it cost around £10,000.00 and was hand made by Holbrech. I was working in fashion at the time so was interested to know who Holbrech were. He told me that you only got to know about Holbrech if they decided you were a suitable customer, then they sent you a calling card.
It was a fucking lovely jacket. I'd have shelled out 3000 sovs for it easy if I was a millionaire, maybe not 10 though that's just nuts.
All I can remember was that the Holbrech logo was a little black geometric spider shape with HOLBRECH in Caps beneath it. I've never seen the brand or heard the name anywhere since.
