No problems, I think the regal only comes in a 335 gsm now. They've discontinued the other weights.
We did an invite for a client recently, used a stock similar to the cosmic offset (but can't for the life of me remember what is was called) it had a double z fold, printed on 300gsm, sealed with a tranparent sticker to keep it closed but it didn't fold quite flat.
That was fine because it was supposed to sit on the recipients desk, but did another mailer that was a 6 page accordion fold on a 250gsm cosmic, the printer wanted to do it on 200gsm so it would fold properly but we needed the extra weight.
I'd get a second opinion from your printer to see what they say about weight but you might be better off going a little lighter.
