Day 2: Rest
Day 3: Biceps, triceps, shoulders
Day 4: Legs, abs
Day 5: Rest
Day 6 = Day 1 etcIn general you should eat 2 grams of protein per kilo (or 1 gram per lbs) bodyweight
I get about 100 grams through protein shakes. I also use long chain carbs, but otherwise eat normaly

- I've used myoplex and optimum nutrition 100% whey both are goodrodzilla
