    It's very nice and playful but unfortunately one of the first things I picked up on was the genital nature of the H. It either looks like the guys dick is hanging out or he is ramming his hand up his ass and it's coming out the otherside.

    However.. I am a 26 yr old Male living in the states. Will terminal cancer patients pick up on that? I don't know..

    But, I think you could make this mark successful by not including the 'head' of the person. The cancer ribbon itself is an international symbol for cancer awareness (really any sort of health related awarness). Maybe work that a little bit. If nothing else I think the Hoca could stand on it's own as a strong wordmark.
