    elektro - that isn't quite true. Raising the heart rate too high will kill you.

    There are also many different types of fitness. You could run, or lift weights all day and not be flexible for example, or you could have no core strength and terrible posture while still being flexible.

    Also, my heart rate would rarely get to 150bpm, but I can do 4 hours of karate in a session. Would you consider that fit?

    • i'm young ffs, if sometime i fell bad i'll stop, but that never happened. whatever i do it gets up to 180elektro
    • And I start calculating 15 minutes at 150 bpm. so usually after 20 minutes i'm done with the cardio.elektro
