Oh man where to begin, generic stuff...
We / I people. When it is good they throw around 'I' and when it is bad they most definitely use 'We'
People that cut their finger nails at work.
Walking around bare foot in a business casual environment.
Excessively loud sneezing for sure.
Blindly passing the buck without even thinking about what your saying.More specific stuff... our SEO guy. I don't mind designing around SEO, but he will butcher a page just so he doesn't have to rewrite anything. We do a lot of lead generation and he is responsible for traffic and creative is responsible for conversion... when sites aren't producing its always conversion.
Programming, if you ask them to do anything you need to give them the exact details or they won't do it but will ask us can you make something pretty. If we program something they complain and don't want to deal with it, but when the program things its very very difficult to design around.
I can go on and on .... =P
