A lady I work with is constantly yelling over her cube wall. Instead of getting up and walking over to the cube next to her she insists on talking really loud over the wall (which is too high for her to see over). She drives everyone insane.
The other thing that happens on a consistent bassis is in brainstorming type meetings the people with the absolutely shittiest ideas I've ever heard take over the meeting. They dominate the entire conversation with FAIL. It's quite annoying, usually I just tune out and think about other stuff or draw in my notebook.
