    That was great. I interviewed at R/GA a year and a half ago, got an offer for a mid-level design position. While deliberating over the offer and two other offers on the table, I was called back in to meet some people I had not met in my previous interviews (I interviewed four times). I actually only ended up meeting with one person––the other two were too busy to meet with me. I had a great time talking with the person I interviewed with, and on the way out, the two I didn't interview with came strolling in with lattes in-hand. I knew who they were, because I had done my research beforehand.

    Before passing them, I connected eye-to-eye with one of them and said, "Hi <name>, sorry we didn't get to talk, maybe next time?" She gave me a weird look, and continued to walk past me without saying a word. I knew right then I would not be taking the offer.
