    Don't take this lightly. I'd take a second opnion, having it x-rayed with the cast on first. Do isometric exercises, you can get muscle atrophy sooner than you think. Even with exercise your calf is likely to be thinner than the other one aftter it ends

    • Isometric = flex your muscles statically under the cast, it really helps or so says my physiotherapist cousin :)raf
