    Funny you should say that Ribit.

    I have this back-burner idea for a website which through various tools would allow one to log formal complaints about such services quickly and easily - like every time your train is delayed you just use an iphone or such to log the time of the of the train and have it send a strongly worded letter to customer services demanding compensation.

    You could bring down public services with such a tool.
