I just liked his presentation style - tomorrow is my last day at my current company before I start at JetBlue and I'm considering sending this link within my company wide goodbye email - thoughts?
I like his philosophy of keeping things small and focused on the user. He grew a brand into a $60 million enterprise with sweat equity, a low budget, and a don't fuck with me attitude. I'm tired of working with weak people within this industry who's so afraid to take a chance - if you respect and honor your user base in any business endeavor there's always a chance to progress and profit.
He's right - "95% people are full of shit" - jus my two pennies
