Well, I'm not really the one in charge of the actual job postings... I am sure our HR person has been working Craigslist as well.
Portfolio reviews are a great idea... next time I'm looking for a job, I'll definitely do that. Good portfolio is everything... it's what got me the job here (not that I had an amazing portfolio, but it's the reason I got the job)....
So many people moving here with no job...
