    What ever came of that project?

    [Not a whole lot, frankly ... we never turned on SVG export in the shipping version--because, frankly, playback in the Adobe SVG plug-in was unacceptable. Thus the app was regarded as just another SWF-authoring tool, ****when SWF was just supposed to tide people over & ease the transition to SVG.****
