  I have recomended Jai-Ca on Calle Ginebra in Barceloneta and got feedback from people here who went there so many times I'm tired of repeating it.
  It's not a decent restaurant, it's a tapas bar packed with locals – fried seafood and fried other stuff. Delicious and inexpensive.

  Use search filter, this topic has been mauled to death a hundred times.
