A general list of deliverables for most television gfx packages are the things I listed above. However, it is really up to the needs of the directors or producers of the show or whatever you are working on. Their needs could be very specific. If you are creating something bigger like a branding package, or awards show graphics, the list of deliverable could be infinite with all sorts of navigational menus, id's, etc. I'd suggest talking with the site or whatever it is. Maybe they just want some little 3second bumpers to but at the beginning and end of their videos.

Show Open- varies in length, usually between 15-30seconds. It can reference the concept and tonality of the program/show/content. It could also feature the talent of the show in a design-y way. Could also use footage and just be a straight edit or mix of things. It's really up to you and the producers of the show. The open will usually resolve towards the end in showing the logo.Bumpers (also called Stingers)- Sometimes these are as simple as making a shorter version of the open (5-7seconds) and ending with the logo.
Lowerthirds- are the little graphics that come up over the footage during the show that include someone's name and short description. Generally they animate on within 1sec and hold for at least 5seconds before animating off.
Fullscreen graphic- a fullscreen graphic background that information can be presented on. Sometimes they have some looping animation to them so the editor or producers of the show have flexibility in how long they stay on screen.
Transitions- vary in length, usually very short (15frames) and just provide a bridge between shots or other graphics.
Credits- can be a background of handled in whatever way you want.
