Pretty cool site bro.
It looks like you are using JS to reposition the player but why bother? Couldn't you just give it a position absolute or fixed at the top or bottom of the page?
See these for instance:

http://www.thecloudplayer.com/Also, I hate to nitpic (and I can tell this is probably going to be an increasingly futile plea), but there isn't really any HTML 5 in this is there? It's just a Javascript controls wrapper over a Flash audio player. HTML5 would involve using the <AUDIO> tag.
- your first point, definitely something i should look into. last point, if you think it's flash, you're running an old browser.ephix
- if you don't think so, delete your flash plugin.ephix
- oh and change browsers :Pephix
- Ah...wait I'm still confused though. How come I can see an AUDIO tag in the code on this page http://www.happyworm… but not yours?ukit
- but not on yours? That's why I assumed it was falling back on the Flash playerukit
- that's the single player configurationephix
- Same here though: http://www.happyworm…ukit
- Nevermind, I missed the fact that you moved the location of the jquery_jplayer div. In theirs it's right above the player controls.ukit
- So...will this play on the iPad??;)ukit
