    Nike is a global brand that has to protect itself. Instead of playing safe and waiting for scandal to blow over this spot takes the obvious head on. I personally find it a bit much, but I prefer this to the false realities portrayed in most sport related spots. It is brilliant marketing—it sheds shame for courage or bravery. Message: Nike = bravery. Whether you buy into it or not this is a good move for Nike. (Though, it is sad they where put in a position to make it.) Basically it as an attempt to remove shame from wearing Nike golf apparel. ... Side note: As much as I love good use of type... I absolutely love that fact that this spot uses zero type—not even a URL.
