spacing between projects is rather tight - maybe a rule or something to break them apart from eachother outside of the small bit of copy? Even some more white space may work...
I think you could get away with putting everything on one-page (ala one-pager). There's not enough work in the other sections that requires you break it apart.
The bars to the left of the nav feel awkward and clunky... and yes, the letterspacing is funky as well. The nav feels pretty insignificant as well... and if you group everything it will eliminate a need for it altogether. I would reconsider your navigation altogether.
The work itself is nice but none of it is really set up to 'sing' - consider your presentation as well as relationship and proximity to other projects.
