I understand what you are saying, but there is a lot more to consider
The fact is we could do with less paper, but saying paper is evil is somewhat naive....we need more sustainability....better responsibilty.
The fact is a paperless society really doesn't offset the issue of all the electricity being used to go paperless.
We need to think "why" we're doing something and figure out how to do it with as little imprint on the earth as possible. Not just banning paper because it's evil.
