Shanghai is pretty entertaining. I think we face a pretty different set of problems here though.
There's been a big shift from having 100% international clients/work to having more and more local clients. but mostly we're still trying to work out how to price. There are local agencies here charging 5 million for a Logo, and foreign run companies like ours doing websites for 5000.
