also... don't warn them... ... call them and ask for payment.
If they say they can't pay - tell them you're taking it down right there and then and then do it immediatley. I say do it immediately because chances are they have access via FTP (unless you set up the domain etc)...
... don't give them a chance to change the password / backup everything... ... else you can probably kiss that last payment goodbye as they won't be scared by your threat.
